All content belonging to Muva Lu’s Kitchen & Catering, including but not limited to recipes, written instructions, cookbook content, branding, logos, product descriptions, digital downloads, images, website content, marketing materials, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Muva Lu’s Kitchen & Catering and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase of any cookbook or digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license for personal use only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying recipes
  • Photographing printed recipe pages
  • Screenshotting digital recipes
  • Scanning cookbook pages
  • Sharing files
  • Emailing recipe content
  • Uploading cookbook content online
  • Posting recipe pages on social media
  • Redistributing any cookbook materials
  • Selling or republishing proprietary content
  • Commercial use without written authorization

Customers are welcome to share photos and videos of dishes they prepare using Muva Lu’s Kitchen & Catering recipes. However, posting actual recipe instructions, ingredient lists, cookbook pages, or proprietary written content is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

PHYSICAL COOKBOOK ORDERS

Physical cookbook products are printed and fulfilled through a third-party provider.

Estimated delivery timelines are generally 10–14 business days after shipment, not from the purchase date.

Muva Lu’s Kitchen & Catering is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, fulfillment providers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

If a cookbook arrives damaged:

  • Notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photo evidence may be required
  • Return of the damaged item may be required before replacement approval

Except where required by law, physical cookbook sales are final once fulfilled.

DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES

All digital cookbook purchases and downloadable digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of immediate electronic delivery.

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree that access may be provided immediately and that refunds will not be issued except where legally required
